Hello!
I have gone through the details. First of all there is no need to worry.
Any bacterial infection in the body can give rise to elevated ESR and high WBC resulting in abnormal differential counts with high neuterophils.
You will require a detailed clinical assessment for the cause of infection and then antibiotics for a few days.
Your blood reports will return to normal at the end of fever and treatment of infection.
