What Is The Difference Between Dexolac Regular And Dexolac Premium?

Question: My baby boy 6 months old using dexolac premium 1 by the suggestion of my sister. His weight is now 9 kg.....is it right one for him? And what is difference between dexolac regular and premium??? Kindly suggest

Hi,

Dexolac premium is for babies born preterm.

Dexolac premium contains calcium to phosphorus ratio near to 2:1, which is more like breast milk and other properties too near to breast milk (especially for preterm babies). It also contains more iron compared to plain Dexolac. It contains nucleotides, which are said to help neurologic development and boost immunity.
Dexolac regular is for babies born at term.

But according to XXXXXXX standards, a healthy 1 year old should weigh between 8-10 kg which your baby has already achieved.
I am sorry to say this but he is overweight and it is not good, please.

I suggest you shift over the Dexolac stage 2 regular as he is already 6months old.
