Question: I would like to know the difference between skril oil and fish oil which one you think is better? and is Natural Aid Skril oil 500 MG good supplement... because brands do have different quality and which brand do you recommend?
Brief Answer:
Yes Natural Aid Krill Oil is better
Detailed Answer:
Hi Bozee89,
Thank you for your query. I hope you are talking about Krill Oil as there is nothing called skril oil.
Krill oil is BETTER than fish oil.
This is because:
1) It is much better absorbed and in much greater amount (so you need to take lesser tablets also).
2) Fish oil has only omega 3 fatty acid but krill oil has omega 3 plus choline plus essential antioxidants.
Only thing is Krill oil is costlier and a new product so years of experience (as with fish oil) is not present.
But still I will prefer Krill oil any day.
Again I hope you mean Natures Aid Krill Oil as I could not find any Natural Aid Krill Oil. Yes it is a good brand which I RECOMMEND.
Feel free to ask further queries.
Regards.
