Brief Answer:
main difference- celebrex less likely to cause stomach irritation and bleed

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Celebrex is classified as a cox 2 selective medication because of this slight difference in drug type, this type of medication is suppose to have less of an effect on the stomach.

This means that there is less irritation of the stomach and decreased risk of bleeding from the stomach as compared to aleve, motrin or cataflam.

All of these medications (celebrex , motrin, aleve etc), if used consistently over a long period of time can have a potential effect on the risk of heart disease.

I hope this helps , feel free to ask any other questions
