Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
Both are part of same group of conditions called Papulosquamous dermatitis and can occur simultaneously or independently. The scales of psoriatic patients are thicker than that of seborrheic scalp dermatitis. Unlike dermatitis, Psoriasis can affects other areas of the body such as elbows, knees, feet , nail changes like pitting. Treatment for both conditions is also quite similar. Scalp dermatitis can be atopic or seborrheic or contact, so would depend on the clinical findings. You may upload a good quality picture of the scalp areas involved, if appropriate to help you better.

I have only on scalp, for 12 years ago.
Some of the dermatologist who already seen this say is dermatitis, some psoriasis.
My affected part is only the scalp.
I tried different shampoons and lotions, the problem is that after a while,is back again.
Now I'm comming after pregnancy and I'm brestfeeding and I don't know what I can apply on the skin(excepting the shampoo).
Thank you verry much!
unlikely to be psoriasis, based on description.

Hello and Welcome

The topical products for the scalp condition that you mentioned don't get absorbed much systemically. The description fits dermatitis more than psoriasis. The treatment should involve providing adequate moisturization and reduction in pruritus. In case of eczematous lesions inflammation needs to be managed accordingly. Staphylococcal infections are involved in dermatitis flares and should be treated with antibiotics.
If there is recurrence despite above treatment options immune modulators should be considered for treatment as a last resort. However till the breastfeeding continues this option should be delayed for more conservative approach with topical treatment. Tacrolimus topically is also available for refractory cases including methotrexate and cyclosporine systemically. You may discuss these options with your doctor.
