Question: hello doctor I am XXXX 25 years old...from last night i have light fever and body pain so I have taken yesterday day 1 dolo 650 tablet and today morning one and just now after dinner I have taken 1 more tablet...just now while searching on Internet I noticed that we should not take more than one tablet in a day..so I am worried now..is it okay or do I need to consult doctor. .

No you have got wrong information. A normal person can take 2-3 grams of paracetamol ( dolo ).

So dolo 650 contains 650 mg of paracetamol and even if you take 4 tablets per day it comes around 2.6 gram of paracetamol in total.

So you can take dolo 650 3-4 times a day, provided you don't have any problems in liver.
