Question: hi, my son has occipital epilepsy which he got when he was born due to a certain area of his brain was damaged(gliotic area) on both sides.at present he is on 300mg dilantin,500 vaprol cr(twice daily and frisium 15 mg once).today also he had a seizure in the evening. his weight is 54 kgs and height is 5ft 8. can I increase his frisium dose and by how much.

can he be on frisium 20 mg single dose in the evening. it would be easier as he goes to school and he is comfortable taking it at night
