What Is The Dosage Of Hydrocodone-Acetaminophen?

Question: I accidentally took 2 Hydrocodon-Acetaminophen 5-325. Can I take another one at the 4-hour time since I took them or should I wait for 8 hours because I took two instead of one?

I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

Take regularly the next dose as if you didn't take 2 of them but just one. So if you in general take them every 4 hours, continue taking the next dose after 4 hours. I'm saying this because I don't know what form of medicines you are using because there are some who need to be taken every 6 and some every 12 hours.

The medicines you are taking does not have longer effect with a bigger dose but just give more side effects when taken in bigger dose and still get eliminated by the body in the same time.
