Question: I am taking Actirom 2mg daily. present My PT - 25, INR is 2.0 How much mg Acitrom should be taken daily. PT & INR values how much

While taking acitrom the values of INR should be between 2 to 3. As your INR report is 2, I think current dose of is fine.
INR Vaules:
If it is lower then 2:dose of acitrom need to increased.
If it is higher then 3:dose of acitrom needs to be decreased.
But I will strongly recommend that you do not do any dose adjustment on your own without consulting your doctor.
