Brief Answer:
If you can do without it...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.

The Adderal is assigned to pregnancy category C by the US Food and drug administration which mean it is associated with teratogenic effects (congenital anomaly development) in animal studies but unfortunately there are no controlled data in human pregnancy. There has been few reports of severe congenital bony deformity, tracheoesophageal fistula, and anal atresia in a baby born to a woman using Adderal during the first trimester of pregnancy.

Amphetamines(Adderal) should only be given during pregnancy when benefits outweigh risks.
If your doctor has impression that benefits are much more than harms, than there is definitely no alternative for you. Having said this there is possibility that your baby will not be harmed as you stopped it during first trimester (most risky period of pregnancy).

If I have been your doctor I will favor the use of Adderal if there is definite need for pregnant woman once she steps in the second trimester.

'Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help".
Thanks
