Question: I am pregnant. 22 weeks. By mistake I mixed up my medicines and had one tablet of cheston cold. Is it going to harm my pregnancy?

I am also having high bp 145 by 100 average. My gynae has asked me to start bp medicine low dosebif it stays like that. Should I start? Does it have any side effect? I have conceived in 4th ivf attempt and hence worried.
