Question: Hello dr i took siphene 100 mg frm 3rd to 7th day of cycle. Today is the 21st day right ovary shows follicle 23 mm while left ovary has 20 mm follicle et is 10 mm are there chances of ovulation to take place will both follicles rupture? The size of the follicles have remained the same for 3 days. They hvnt grown since day 19th

Also dr since the follicles hvnt grown further since 3 days will they remain as cysts or will they ovulate? Am getting lower abdominal pain since 3 days.last cyclebthe follicles grew to 33 mm before rupturing

Please take inj. hCG 5000 IU today from your doctor for follicular rupture as they have not ruptured.

yesterday evening i took the sifasi 5000 injection hcg. Today the scan report shows the follicles have grown to 26 mm and 23 mm. Et is 12 mm. Do you feel the follicles will form cysts? They did not grow for 3 days and now have grow. I have been getting severe lower abdominal pain and frequent urination. Also now that clomid 50 mg and 100 mg havnt worked for mewill i beable to conceive the next time with clomid ?

Hello dr my follicles size 23 mm and 26 mm ruptured on the 6th of feb as per ultrasound. We had contact on 3rd, 5th and 6th. My last period was on 15th XXXXXXX I took the pregnancy test today ie 16th feb it came negAtive. Is it too early to do the test? Dont hurry with blood test as it is early. I understand you are anxious.

You should keep in mind that this is not 100 percent guaranteed procedure and there are chances of failure as i told you earlier. It is not even possible to say how many more cycles you require with clomid.

Metformin helps for ovulation in women with PCOS.

Blood sugar 90 is normal. Dont worry.

Hello dr. My anxiety got the better of me so i did the pregnancy test again it came out negative. Is it still early to detect. My periods are 2 days late and am still hvg lower abdominal pain reaching till the legs. Also feeling dizzy

That is the reason i had suggested you wait. My advice is same. Wait and get it done as adviced before.

Even if follicles ruptured with clomid, your periods need not be on time. Variations are expected. Cycle does not get delayed due to clomid.
