Brief Answer:
Hello. He will require both radiation and chemotherapy
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
So A large sarcoma after the operation requires both radiation and chemotherapy for local and systemic control.
Radiation can be possible with the stent. I would like to see the detailed postoperative histopathology report so that I can give you more information. Please upload/attach it here to the 'Reports section' so that I can review it in details.
Thanks and regards
