What Is The Ideal Time To Take Calcirol?
Question: When is the best time to take calcirol XXXXXXX Can I take it with water
Brief Answer:
Once a week.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
Calcirol XXXXXXX shoukd be ideally taken with milk. However if you are comfortable with the taste in water then you may take it mixed in water.
There is no specific time when you should take it.
However I advic my patients to take it every Sunday morning with breakfast. I prefer Sunday for a better compliance.
I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.

Thanks for your reply. My vit D3 is 4.5 which is very highly deficient according to the report. Can I also take an uprise capsule along with the calcirol XXXXXXX every week and if I can then how do I space the two. Do I take it on different days of the week?
Thank you
Thank you
Brief Answer:
Just take one.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, No that's not a way out. I would recommend you to take either Calcirol 60 K XXXXXXX or Uprise 60 K once a week only. As both of them have the same compositions.
In fact you may ask your doctor to give you Vitamin D3 injections once a week initially followed by these once a week XXXXXXX / capsule.
I hope it helps you.
