Brief Answer:
24 to 72 hours, 130 hours for very heavy drinking

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Detection can vary depending on the amount of alcohol used. Persons who used only a small amount of alcohol would have a short detection time, those who drink heavily would have a longer detection time.

IN general according to some medical studies on pubmed, it is detectable 24 to 36 hours after alcohol use but in the case of heavy drinkers, this may go up to 72 hours.
One medical study in 2009, indicated up to 130 hours but this again is with very heavy use.

Drinking a lot of fluids can help some persons.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
