Brief Answer:
Sure, you can marry

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
First there is no problem in marriage, you can certainly marry.
Issues in marriage
First it's very important that you let your partner know about nature of illness, needs for recurrent follow up in the hospital, need for lifelong medicine, risks associated with avr like clot formation in the valve, may need repeat surgery.
Important issue is your functional limitations, like what level of activity you are able to do, your heart function like ejection fraction, if it's normal then it's not a major issue, but if it's low and you are not able to activities then it can be a issue in intercourse with your partner. Otherwise, no issue in having child as well. Risk of having same Condition to your children is around 5-10% which is not too much.
Reply if you have any specific doubts.

Brief Answer:
Please see the description below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
In general, Long-term survival of patients undergoing Bentall procedure which you underwent was 93% after 5 years and 89% after 10 years. Patients enjoyed survival equivalent to a normal age- and sex-matched population.

The mortality rate is 0.8 percent per year, it's not a matter of worry and this also has good life for valve, so that's not an issue. The important issue in you is ejection fraction, normally it is around 55-60% but in you it was 35-40 % 10 years back.

My advice is to get one Echo repeated because if your ejection fraction has decreased significantly then it will be a matter of worry. If it has not decreased then still you should let your partner know about the risk involved.

On priority, we should get one echo done and get back with report.

Do you have any symptoms like shortness of breath or palpitations ?

Regards

Brief Answer:
Good, not to have symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
It's a good thing that you don't have any symptoms and it's a good prognostic sign.
Otherwise, life expectancy in patients with Bentall procedure which you underwent, is near normal. The only issue in you is low heart function. so need to know about the current status whether there is improvement or deterioration of function which will guide us future risks and decision regarding marriage. so if heart function is improving then no issues with marriage. All the best.
