What Is The Life Expectancy Of Stage 4 Colon Cancer Patient?

2 to 3 months more
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic .
Sorry to say this but the survival is about 2 to 3 months more. Because he has developed liver and lung metastases and also CEA is increasing.
In further weeks you may expect his breathing problem may increase and he start developing jaundice which will increase and body odema. He may need hospitalisation later.
He may symptomatically feel better inbetween and detoriate again.
Now the treatment includes moral support and pain and brethlessness relief. Also he may start taking tablets to get good sleep and reduce anxiety after consulting doctor. The effort is to may his last days as comfortable as possible with love and care.
When too much weight is reduced and metastasis is there changing chemotherapy may not be of benefit. It may still worsen his general health.
Hope I have answered your query . If any further queries are there I would love to help.
