What Is The Most Preferable Time For Workouts?
Question: Hi,
I wanna start workout, but I don't know what is the best time to work out- morning or evening.
Also should we work out empty stomach or should we eat something before workout.
What should be the time gap between eating and workout.
Also what can be some important things to be kept in mind while workout, and where can I refer to gain some understanding.

The most preferable time for an ideal workout is early morning on an empty stomach.
Your mind will be relaxed and you will be able to workout better. However, if you feel hungry as you get up you could. start the day with a glass of milk.
Give a gap of one hour after drinking milk before you start the workout.
Few things to be kept in mind during workouts is while you do weight training and when you lift weights keep your feet apart and distribute the weight to both legs equally.
Cardio is most helpful in loosing weight.
Increase protein and fibre intake during your workout

You have said that we can drink milk one hour before workout, can we also eat something before one hour like sprouts or something.
Also should we need to maintain the liquid during workouts, I mean should we drink water in between workout.

Yes regarding the liquid intake it would be great if you could take sips of water or fresh fruit juice ,mainly citrus juice in between your workouts.
