Too low blood pressure ( below 90/60 mm Hg) are also not recommended.
A single value of blood pressure is not a true indicator of blood pressure values.
That is why I would recommend a close monitoring of blood pressure values different times during the day ( in sitting position after 10 minutes of total relax).
