Brief Answer:
3 out of 4 sons is the probability

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear. Thanks for giving me an opportunity to address your query.

I appreciate for sharing a genuine pedigree of your family.Dylexia is predominantly autosomal dominant and 10 important genes have been identified so far.

Boys are more likely to be affected than girls. Current research suggests that if either a father or a mother is dyslexic (irrespective of inheritance pattern) their sons have approximately a 75% of being dyslexic, whilst girls will have a 25% chance. Therefore it is by no means certain that all her children and especially all 3 sons - shall be dyslexic.According to me this a chance probability being high in male child.

In percentile/probability it means 3 out of ever 4 sons and 1 out of every 4 daughters.

Hope this answers your query.
