Brief Answer:
Could be colicky pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Based on the description you have given , it looks like colicky pain . This can happen due to viral infection or food poisoning.
I usually advise antispasmodic like CYCLOPAM syrup 7 ml three times daily for such kids .
If pain stops you need to stop medicines . If pain doesn’t settle you need to take him to nearby hospital to get him examined . There could be other causes of pain too which may need examination and ultrasound scan if required after clinical examination by Pediatrician.
Wishing speedy recovery
Dr Arun
