Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I read carefully all your report and I can say as follows:

1. First of all the bilirubin level is within the normal range.
Otherwise to confirm prognosis for congenital hyperbilirubinemia you need to check liver tests too like AST, ALT, GGt and Alchaline phosphatase and viral tests.

2. On abdominal ultrasound, it is grade I fatty liver that usually is associated neither with hyperbilirubinemia.

3. And the last is even if the patient will be diagnosed with congenital hiperbilirubinemia the condition doesn't need treatment. It is a benign condition and there is no treatment.

In the end, I strongly suggest completing the patient with liver enzymes.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
