Brief Answer:
no evidence unfortunately

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome in HCM

I can understand your concern and i am sorry for your situation

It depends on your arterial blood gases mostly the survival and mortality .Mostly if ist not hypercapnia this is a good sign and an indicator that your lung function is not fully damaged.

Another good sign is your cardiac status. If it is not compromised than the chances are good.

Every patient is unic and the survival is specific for each according to the comorbidities and complications.

So i advise you to take oxygen and the other treatment continuously and correctly, if you can try to do some physical activity at home

Unfortunately there are no evidences for he correct time left in such diseases.

I wish you a fast recovery and feel free to ask me again

Regards
