What Is The Prognosis Of My Life Span Based Solely On The Readings?

Question: EUS scope done on December 07, 2022 for liver biopsy. The liver appeared normal. Heptic vein and portal vein were identified and confirmed with the wave form. Using a 25G needle (EchoTip Insight) pretreated with diluted heparin and after calibration, the needle was advanced into the already identified mid hepatic vein. Multiple pressure readings were done (17,17,17,16 mm). Left portal vein was punctured and flushed. Multiple pressure readings were obtained (16,16,16,15 mm). Left lobe of liver punctured once. Three actuations were made obtaining browning liver tissue. Liver biopsy performed after anti-mitochondrial antibodies found. Abdominal ultrasound done about a month prior to liver biopsy with normal results. With high hypertension levels of both the hepatic and portal veins - what is the prognosis of my life span based solely on the readings?
