You have some doubts about the length of your penis in a flaccid state and after erection. Let me make clear to you that the length of the penis has no significance as far as the sexual act is concerned. It is the hardness of the penis after erection that is more important for, penetration of the vagina, sexual satisfaction and Orgasm of a female partner.. So do not give too much importance to the length of the penis in flaccid condition.

If you are getting hard erection which sustains for a long time then go ahead and get married. I would like to answer your questions.

1) Yes go ahead and get married. You will definitely satisfy her provided you are getting hard erection
2) You can make her pregnant provided your sperm count and motility of the sperm is within normal range .Please get your semen analysis done to allay your anxiety. And to know the total sperm count and percentage of sperms with grade 4 motility.
3) There are no medicines to increase the length of the penis.

So do not worry at all majority of issues concerned with Erectile problem is mind related.

I think you are too much confused by surfing on the internet. As I said earlier the hardness is more important than the length of the penis. Normal length of the vagina is 3 to 4 inches which increases on arousal by an inch or so. You do not have to put entire erected penis into vagina during intercourse as there are chances of it hitting the cervix of the uterus and may be painful to the partner. Further most women get sexual pleasure by stimulation of the erogenous zones located in Clitoris and the distal portion of the vagina (called as G spot). You have a good erection which is sustained for 5-10 minutes; this may even increase on arousal when you will get engaged in real acts of sex with your partner and that is enough to give sexual satisfaction and orgasm to your partner.

As regards your some new queries my answers are--
1) There is nothing like normal erection or abnormal erection - it is just an erection or no erection. So whatever test is there, they are just to detect whether one gets an erection. or not.

2) For sperm count you have to get your Semen Analysis done in laboratory for which you have to collect semen at home or laboratory by masturbation and ejaculating and collecting a semen sample in a clean container and submit it in the laboratory within 30 minutes of collection. Semen analysis will report all the details of sperms e.g. count, motility, morphology, etc.

3) Since you are getting good erections, there is no need to do Hormonal study.

4) As regards your query about the efficacy of the penile length extenders and expanders that have been marketed on the internet. I have never believed in these products neither I do have much knowledge about those products.

5) There are no hormones that can increase the length of the penis and there are no Physiological standards about the length of the penis in relation to he age of a man. ( WHO have standardized Height, , Weight and Age related charts)..

6) This will be your personal decision and as far I am concerned I can guide you on scientific aspects of your issues related to your medical problems. But at the same time I would say that I have not come across a single person in my 40 years of practice who has discussed these issues with girl before marriage; may be because I am a citizen of this great country INDIA.
