Brief Answer:
Gastrografin is water soluble contrast media

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the
Dear Sir

Gastrografin is water soluble contrast medium and is usually diluted with water. The final consistency is similar to water. Ideally it's used in diluted form, with double the quantity of water . The volume used will be around 1 liter .
Barium Enema on other hand is thick and has consistency similar to diluted paste . It is more sticky . Gastrografin enema is much easier to administer.
