Brief Answer:
Vitamin-D is low
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Your hematocrit is around high normal and definitely not in the alarming range. Very high values are seen in some hematological conditions and in that case the value would be very high and changes are seen in other parameters are also seen. In your case it is border line not significant. You can repeat the test after couple of months.
Urine creatine value depend on your age body weight and also on lab parameters, ideally 24 hour sample is required.
Your vitamin-D value is very low and you have to take vitamin-D supplements.
Hope I have answered your question.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Additional investigations required.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
High hematocrit means your body producing too much hemoglobin, it is unusual and cause can range from harmless physiological conditions to life threatening blood cancers.
One can not conclude about cancer based on sole hematocrit value, additional investigations like peripheral smear and bone marrow examination may be required depending on further evaluation.
Smoking, dehydration, high altitude are some common harmless condition associated with high hematocrit.
Treating underlying cause is prime important than reducing the level, techniques like venesection (letting out blood) may be required in some cases.
In your it is just high normal and repeat test after few months is the right next step.
Thanks
