Question: There is a continuous pain in my feet and heel after walking for sometime.What is the reason behind this and please suggest some medicine also

I read your query and here is my advice.
The pain you are feeling on heel and feet can be related to plantar fascitis or tendinitis.
I think you may need to have rest and avoid long walks.
Use ice compresses on it.
Take anti inflammatory drugs such ibuprofen or diclofenac.
If you are breastfeeding you may take paracetamol only.
