Question: I have been going to GYM at least 3 times a week for the last 5 years and my routine includes leg exercises as well. But for a few months now, I am getting pain in my legs after
normal office hours. This only happens sometimes and not necessarily on the day, I go to GYM. What can be the reason? Does it need a check-up and whom should I visit?

Brief Answer:
As explained below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

I have gone through the details. It looks like dehydration. I would suggest you take plenty of fluids and sleep well. Have a good amount of protein, fruits, and vegetables daily. In case of severe pain apply ointments such as volini or can take Tab. Dolo 650 mg as and when required. You can take a short course of multivitamins or get vitamin D, Vitamin B12 and calcium levels checked.

I hope this answered your query.
