I feel like my life used to be good back in 2018 not it's bad in 2024. I started feeling sad in 2024 when i realised my life isnt as good as it used to be. I don't really have sleep disturbances, i enjoy good night's sleep
sorry it's meant to be now* it's bad in 2024
I used to be married to my wife now she isnt with me. I've been getting mental health treatment for a few years now and i don't like it. My life is very boring alot of the time and hard. I go alot of the time without food as i dont have much work.
I also miss my kids and hardly ever see them.

I've been on valproate for 4 years and olanzapine 25 years. I stay with my parents. I work 10 hours a week and get paid $200 a week. I also get money from benefits for $400 a fortnight. Yes the main reason i'm sad is splitting with my wife and not seeing my children, I also get hunry alot.
I also find drinking coffee not as pleasant as it used to be?
