What Is The Recommended Thyronorm Dosage?

Question: How much dosage of thyronorm should I take.?
Brief Answer:
About thyronorm dose;
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern.
TSH 6.9 mUi/ml is high for your age, it means that 75 mcg of thyronorm is not enough.
If you do not have other pathologies (such as cardiac problems) i would suggest to increase the dose from 75 mcg to 87.5 mcg (one day 75 mcg and one day 100 mcg) and check the TSH after 6 weeks.
Will be a pleasure to help you further.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
