Actuallt reasearched have proved that there is NO healthy sugar limit. One should completely avoid white sugar as much as one can. as long as white sugar is concerned , the lesser is better.

Complex carbs can be used like fruits, potato, whole wheat , oats etc these are the carbs which go in the blood stream slowly.

Daily exercise and atleast 5-6 days of physical activity per week help making sugar control mechanisms better.

Fizzy drinks, artificial drinks juices, chocoaltes, icecreams and alcoholic drinks are biggest source of dangerous levels of sugar through food.
