Brief Answer:
Nothing needs to be done
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Health care magic.
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Prior to his birth, your son had developed an obstruction in the urinary tract. The resultant back pressure was responsible for hydronephrosis and damage to his kidneys. Following the surgery, the obstruction has been resolved. All you now see is sequel. Apart from periodic monitoring and follow up I do not think any aggressive management is needed. Unless there is significant deterioration of kidney function nothing needs to be done. If such a thing ever happens treatment will depend upon the underlying cause of deterioration.
