What Is The Right Testosterone Levels In A 30 Year Old Person?

Question: My Doctor has prescribe me Testerosterone Undecanoate. 1000mcg (mg?) every 10 weeks. He cannot tell me how a testosterone replacement can ever bring my levels back to normal on their own, what oestrogen effects there will be or any other effects I should know about. Is someone able to tell me what to please expect? Im 31 years old and do not want to wait 30 weeks to have sufficient levels of testosterone. My last test levels were 6.3 and 9.4 both taken in the morning. I have never taken any steroids.

Thank you for your reply.
1.Kindly provide the units (suffix) of testosterone levels ?.
My last 2 results were 6.4 and 9.3 nmol/L
2.Are you currently experiencing any symptoms of low testosterone levels ?.
Over the last 2 years I've become increasingly moody and I lack focus and concentration - essentially I've become dumber. Also my body, I've been getting regular dexa scans to track my progress for 3 years now an regardless of what sort of calorie surplus I am in I cannot gain any muscles and my bodyfat percentage will stay the same if not increase slightly. I can guarantee that I treat my body like a temple. I track my calories and exercise 6-8 times per week.
3.Is there a problem of fertility issues if at all you are married ?.
I need to get my sperm count checked but I have libido issues and erection problems. I'm unaware of my fertility situation.

Brief Answer:
Cause has to be first evaluated.
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I have worked through your updated answers.
Yes certainly there seem to be significant symptoms of testosterone deficiency.
First and foremost we need to assess the cause in your case.
For this I advise you to get the following tests.
1.Free and Total testosterone levels( both/again)
2.Complete Seminal analysis.
3.Scrotal color Doppler.
4.Serum LH and FSH.
Don't start testosterone replacement therapy unless these test results are out.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
