Question : I used purrell hand santizer abs the extent was very strong however I had a face mask on though cancer by inhaling it it wasn’t done intentionally had a facial covering on though cancer honestly this happen at times worry

I read your query and here is my advice.

I don't think that you may have cancer risk by sniffing hand sanitizer. It may cause irritation if nasal mucosa and stomach irritation and nausea too.
Also using a face mask can stop most of the fumes. Being in an open environment can help also.
So as a conclusion I don't think you may have cancer risk by inhaling disinfectant fumes occasionally.
