What Is The Risk Of Contracting TB While Living Among People Who Spit In Public Areas?

Question: Sir help me
Whenever I used to walk in XXXXXXX I saw a lot of spits, and I usually worried by seeing the spits, as it can lead to infection of TB bacteria.
Now my question is how much chances are, for people to get infected with TB in this cases of spits in roads.
Secondly I always use to eat three eggs, one litre of milk with some horlicks protein and soya milk 200ml for my daily needs of protein and vitamins.
Second thing I used to do work out for daily two hours before going to bed since in morning I can't woke up early. Is it OK to work out in morning.
Secondly my height is 5.7 and my weight is 90 kg. Is my body immunity is good

Hi,

Chances of getting infected by walking along a road where there are spit are exceedingly low. You also seems to be fit and healthy with good immune functions. For all practical reasons, your chance of getting infected by TB is zero.

So do not be worried.
