Question: A 69 Yr old, initially started with pain abdomen 60 days back, one episode of hematemesis mixed with mucus and one bout of dark stool. The pain stomach, the first on 7th XXXXXXX 2022, 2 hours after food. The patient who was on BP pills and Aspirin and Statins for 20 years. Stopped Aspirin. THere are no more symptoms The UGI endoscopy was done 20 days back because of pain abdomen again after food. It revealed two large ulcers in stomach in ant wall and lesser curvature with no active bleeding. Biopsy was taken. Hpe revealed lymphoproliferative disorder. IHC revealed Diffuse Large B cell lymphoma. There is a latest episode of hematemesis recently after an ayurveda formulation intake after diagnosis of Lymphoma. He was hospitalized and stabilized with IV fluids. No loss of appetite and weight till now. THere is early satiety and on soft diet for now. Not able to consume hard food because of pain abdomen.
UGE report, HPE Report, IHC report with protein expression and PET CT scan all are done and attached.

1) What is the stage of cancer.
2) What is the right options available. Given the general condition is fine now but the Hb dropped to 10gm because of the recurrent gastritis caused by ayurvedic formulation.
3) What regimen or therapy
