Explained
Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
If there is unclear history of MDMA ingestion but you are hemodynamically stable then the following investigations should be done in consultation with your doctor
EKG especially if there is associated chest pain
complete blood count
Renal function tests and electrolytes
Blood glucose levels
Liver function tests
Creatine kinase levels
In case of altered mental status, serum ketones, alcohol and osmolality should also be done.
The urine toxicology usually fails to detect MDMA unless its in large doses.
If however, it becomes positive for amphetamines then confirmation by means of gas chromatography and or mass spectrometry must be done.
I would advise you to consult your doctor and apprise him of the situation to conduct the proper investigations based on the clinical findings.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks

Hello again.
As I described in the previous answer, if there is minimal effect then there is no need to delay the procedure. If you were indeed symptomatic from the MDMA with lab evidence then your doctor may advise you to delay the procedure for a week just to be safe.
You should apprise your doctor with this info to make the correct decision.
