Brief Answer:
Radiation therapy after surgery is required.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX.
Thanks for the query. I have gone through the report.
The tumor which is grade 4 has been grossly removed but the removal is never complete.
The usual practice after surgery is Radiation therapy followed by boost to the site of origin.
XXXXXXX XXXXXXX Hospital does not have this facility, you can visit the Radiation Oncology department in XXXXXXX XXXXXXX Cancer Hospital or BLK hospital.
After Radiotherapy, we can add single drug adjuvant chemotherapy which may be oral or I/V depending upon the situation to be decided by the treating Oncologist.
This way of management will give your aunt a useful time ahead.

Brief Answer:
Radiation treatment very much possible in Apollo hospital.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Thanks for revert.
This radiation treatment is very much possible in Apollo Hospital and Batra Hospital. BLK and XXXXXXX XXXXXXX I suggested thinking that you may be in close vicinity to these as is XXXXXXX XXXXXXX Hospital.
Radiotherapy is a five to six week 2 minutes daily treatment 5 days a week.
As such there is no serious side effect with it.
Regarding Chemotherapy it has to be decided by the treating physician(Oncologist) on seeing the physical condition of the patient for how long chemotherapy is to be given or it may not be given at all. some drugs may not have any major side effects and others side effects can be controlled easily.
You can convince the patient by telling her that it is a small exposure to X rays just as we take X-ray of chest.
