Please go through details.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I've gone through your details.
I am Dr Kumar and would be addressing your concerns.
Have gone through your details and reports attached as such there is nothing grossly wrong with it and that is one of the characterstic feature of IBD.
Congenital GB has no treatment as such but it has no effect on life of person.
Hypertension could be controlled very well by proper life style changes and medications.
Lets start one by one-
In IBS there is some problem in the functional ability of the gut that leads to the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. The structure of the intestines is normal, only functional abnormality occurs in this condition. So frankly speaking (IBS) represents a functional disorder of gastrointestinal tract without the presence of an anatomic defect therefore patient is treated symptomatically for eg if presenting symptom is diarrhoea therapy is given for it however if its constipation therapy is given accordingly.
prognosis is excellent with proper medication and life style changes.
Condition is not curable but is fully controllable which means near cure.
Conservative treatment is usually given surgery is used in extreme cases and that too not very succesful.
If blood pressure is more then 200/110 then urgent hospitalisation is required.
There are three grades of hypertension-
Mild,Moderate and Severe treatment is given accordingly.Hospitalisation is required only in case of hypertensive emergency only.for more details pleass enclose more history.
Hope i provided you with answers.
follow up are welcome.
Thanks.
