Brief Answer:
Avoidance, nasal spray and inhalers
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Dust mite allergy is very common and the best way to avoid it is to avoid exposure. Use of mask is recommended to cover the face and this helps in preventing frequent episodes of symptoms.
There is usually no way the problem can be rooted out all together but sometimes the allergy goes on its own.
The way to tackle things is; for nasal symptoms use intra nasal steroid sprays and for chest symptoms use of inhalers is recommended. There is no need to feel disheartened as the symptoms usually remain well controlled with avoidance of allergen and these medications.
Feel free to ask another query.
