Hello Dr. XXXXXXX
Many thanks for the information.
I want to give you a brief history of what happened.
It has been 64 days since my unprotected intercourse exposure.
On the second day i started getting that pain/burning/sensitive/tingling sensation in penis and anus. No burning during urination, no discharge, no lesions or red spots anywhere till today. Just urge to pee is there when sensitivity happens.
Did test PCR RNA HIV, HBV & HCV post exposure 22 days and negative for all.
Also tested for all other bacterial STI and STD like herpes etc using PCR through blood and swab (from inside penis) and all came negative. but that was done 8.5 days post exposure (zithromax was still in system though).
On Aug 6th i took zithromax. Then after that the doctor recommended i take the two Antibiotics (Cifixime & Nitrofurantoin) on Aug 20th twice daily.
Then one day (Sep 15th) that overall uncomfortable feeling subsided to almost 95% gone. Then Sep 20th is when unfortunately i did a stupid move i received oral from a girl and that whole uncomfortable feeling came back. There are no lesions, sores or spots anywhere as of today.
Sorry about the long message, i am no longer doing anything risky anymore.
What would you recommend me doing at this stage?

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry at all.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXX,
Welcome back and thanks for the follow-up.
You had unprotected sex but the test results for all STDs, HIV, HBV and HCV are negative then nothing to worry at all because you are absolutely safe and risk free from HIV so just calm down your self.
The symptoms are non specific for HIV and mostly due to some urine infection for which consult your physician, follow the treatment regime and you will be fine soon. For any query get back to me again.
Thank You
