Brief Answer:
You are free from HIV 1 and 2 infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

Window period for HIV Antibody test is 6-8 weeks normally and not more than
3 months. Only with some individuals who are on steroids, other immunosuppressive drugs or who were having a history of Post exposure Prophylaxis with Anti retroviral drugs, it would likely to be extended more than 3 months and never after 6 months. CMIA test is highly sensitive and specific and a nonreactive test after 4.5 months of high risk contact indicates that you are free from HIV infection. It is a highly reliable result.

Brief Answer:
No further test is necessary

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

Your phlegm could unlikely be due to HIV. You need no further test for HIV in my opinion.

Is there any chance to contract HIV from condom protected sex? The condom did not slipped or broke.

Answered by Dr. Sankaranantham Murugan (7 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Condoms offer a high degree of protection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome once again.
If condoms are used correctly and consistently and from the beginning to end of the sexual act, they offer a very high degree of protection against STD/HIV to the extent of 98%.But we can not assure the protection is 100% as there is still rare chances for transmission of STD/HIV through the unprotected parts around genitals.
