I have spasticity in my right leg that hinders me walking. I now walk with a walker. My right foot is twisted and my toes don’t move. I trip a lot. I have pain in my right groin and my right foot. I am told that I have spasticity in my left leg and my right arm as well. I need to know what I have. She told me there was no treatment and that it cannot be reversed. Not a good forecast
Brief Answer:
Probably multiple sclerosis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,
Spasticity in one side of the body can be caused by many medical conditions.
One of the degenerative diagnosis can be multiple sclerosis. It is a diagnosis that affects brain and spinal cord.
This is a lifelong condition and cannot be reversed.
There is no cure to treat multiple sclerosis, but there are medications that can slow the progression of the symptoms.
I suggest to consult your neurologist for specific treatment.
Hope it helps dear,
