Brief Answer:
Probably contact dermatitis.,follow the advice below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,

I already reviewed the new attached report.
The lesion seems to be related to dermatitis, which is an inflammation of the skin.
I suggest using a Hydrocortisone cream for local application .
I also suggest using a moisturizer to prevent the dryness.
I recommend to maintain a good hygiene, use an antibacterial cleanser and warm water.
Avoid hot water, which can trigger the dryness.

Hope my answer was helpful.
Take care dear,

Brief Answer:
It does not look like a cold sore.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,

No, it does not look like a cold sore.
Cold sores have typical blisters and are usually itchy.
You don't have these symptoms, so we can exclude cold sores.
I recommend to use a good moisturizer to help with the dryness.
I also recommend to follow the advice that I gave above.

Brief Answer:
Angular cheilitis,follow the advice below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,

I already reviewed the pics of the lips.
The symptoms seem to be related to angular cheilitis which is inflammation of the lip corner.
I suggest to use a lip balm.
I also suggest to do a complete blood count to exclude anemia.
The inflammation will go away gradually.

Take care dear,
