It does not itch its split open but does not hurt its very dry. I have uploaded a new photo

I also suggest using a moisturizer to prevent the dryness.
I recommend to maintain a good hygiene, use an antibacterial cleanser and warm water.

So its not a cold sore? It has never hurt. I never saw blisters. I just yawned one night and the side of my mouth split open and then it just started getting red

Ok here is what it looks like now plus my lips are really red and dry

It only hurts when it splits back open
