Brief Answer:
Your tonsils look like crypts and grooves that make them prone to tonsil stone accumulation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question. Hope I can be of help for you today. Your tonsils look like crypts and grooves that make them prone to tonsil stone accumulation. Tonsil stones are filled when there is bacteria or other dead cells and mucus trapped in the tonsil. This is the response process of tonsil function. The white fibrous look small but mild swelling. Do you have any other symptoms? Like fever, lymph node, coughing, runny nose, stuffy nose or sneezing? Tonsil stone can be caused by viral or bacteria. In the case of viral you just need supportive care. But if you have a bacterial infection you need antibiotic treatment. To diagnose we need more information.

I hope that It can help you, and please let me know if you have any clarification or question about that, and I would be welcome to discuss it with you further. I hope you have good health.
