Brief Answer:
Better to get tested for Covid.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your query. It is better to do test ( swab test for antigen or RTPCR) to rule out possibility of covid infection for being on safe side.
For sore throat you can do saline gargle or Betadine gargle. You can also take warm chicken soup with pepper and tea with lemon and honey. If there is no improvement then you can go for antibiotics like Azithromycin.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.
