Brief Answer:
Generally a harmless finding
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
The given report suggestive of a calcified lesion which may be a long standing one and generally does not have any clinical significance.
In almost every cases it will not cause any problems and does not require treatment either. Cerebral atrophy is nothing but an age related shrinking of brain.
Kindly attach the report in the follow up query and mention why the scan has been taken. Also mention the age and presenting symptoms as well
Hope I have answered your query.
