What Kind Of Diet Should Be Followed And What Foods Should Be Consumed While Recovering From Chicken Pox?
Question: I had chicken pox 2 months back, can you please advise me the diet that I need to avoid after chicken pox.
Brief Answer:
Immunity develops
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Chicken pox results in development of immunity against the disease. This immunity is mostly lifelong, so you are protected against chicken pox.
In diet you can have a healthy well balanced nutritional diet. Take 5 servings of fruits and salad in a day. Drink cleaner water and hygienic home cooked food. Drink more water. Avoid juices and other sugary foods. Exercise daily for atleast 30 min a day. You can gym, walk, yoga, swimming, cycling etc.
Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
