Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for reaching,
I have seen your report and noticed that the deranged values of concern are your sugar levels which are on the higher side, cholesterol levels are on the higher side and vitamin D deficiency. The sugar levels and cholesterol levels at this point do not require medical intervention however I would recommend lifestyle changes and diet changes to control them. Restrict sweet, carbohydrates and fats from your diet, regular exercise to maintain your BMI and weight reduction. In view of Vitamin D deficiency I would recommend capsule lumia 60k weekly once for 6 weeks and a daily sun exposure during early hours to maintain the levels. The other values which have a point difference are not significant. The liver enzymes showing mild elevation could be due to recent infection, antibiotics use or alcojol consumtion, at this point no intervention is required. Considering iron levels are on the higher side avoid iron supplements or multivitamin .
Kindly reach out incase of further queries.
Wishing you good health.
